No. HomeLight Homes has built a nationwide network of hundreds of pre-approved real estate cash buyers or investors. We let them compete to buy your home, so you can get the best offer.
Can I still work with an agent?
We work with you and your agent throughout the listing and sale process. Our goal is for you to get into the home of your dreams on your timeline while receiving full market value for your current home. You and your agent will list your prior home within 10 days of closing on your new home. If the home doesn't go under contract within 90 days after the closing of your new home, HomeLight will purchase your home for the guaranteed offer price. If your home sells for more than the guaranteed offer price, you'll receive the additional cash after program fees and costs.
